Tate Blackthorn is unhinged, obsessive, and so devilishly in control I wanted to punch him and kiss him in the same breath. My girl, Gia,walked straight into the fire—and made it hers💪🏻

This book is a wild, addictive ride through mafia territory, with all the things I love: enemies to lovers, fake marriage (with very real tension), turf power plays, and a hero who’s practically allergic to etiquette. Tate plays the long game and always wins—calm, calculating, and completely out of his mind.

Somehow Leigh made grief, revenge, and generational trauma sexy. But then she also gave us laugh-out-loud moments like:
“So? She communicated with that Lina woman and said I was doing a good job. You think I don’t know I’m on probation?”

The obsession is sharp. The banter? Killer. And the cameos from my fave alpha-holes? Chef’s kiss.

But what really got me were those unexpectedly tender gut-punches:
“Happiness. I was happy. Not in a fleeting kind of way but in a f**k, I’ve been doing this life thing all wrong the entire time way.”

And of course, Tate just had to break me a little with:
“I was still, at my core, a man accustomed to and enamored with darkness.”

Handsome Devil is dark, twisted, and exactly the kind of story I crave—equal parts fury and filth, with just enough heart to ruin me.

Definitely looking forward to the Society of Villains series🖤
